Caring Friends, Inc. has been involved in the following activities during the 2006-2007 year:

Facilitating matching monies to Gulfton area (in Houston) elementary schools (95% free-lunch schools) to provide food to those identified by school nurses and counselors as children and families in need. Raising monies for retired, indigent men and women in Liberia, Africa whose annual income is less than $150. Offering encouragement and support for monthly breakfast taco delivery to day laborers in Gulfton in partnership with the Hands-On Men's Leadership Team of San Mateo Episcopal Church.
